AYSO Region 8 serves the communities of Granada Hills, Mission Hills, North Hills, Panorama City, Pacoima, Sylmar, and San Fernando. However, since AYSO does not have residency requirements, Region 8 also has players from Chatsworth, Northridge, Van Nuys, Porter Ranch, and other nearby communities.

Region 8 is part of the larger American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) which is headquartered in Torrance, CA. The national website is located at www.ayso.com. The national organization is broken down into 14 Sections. Each Section is comprised of one or more Areas and each Area is made up of various Regions. Region 8 is part of Area V of Section 10.  

Our season runs from August to the end of November with some playoff games in December. Our games are mainly played at Petit Park. Upper Division team (16U & 19U) play all games on Sunday at North Valley fields or outside the area in Santa Clarita or Valencia.
